Ron Hiers

Lead Pastor

Ron provides overall leadership and direction to the ministry of the church and is the lead teacher for our worship services. He is a graduate of Nyack College and Asbury Theological Seminary and has served Sarasota Alliance as Lead Pastor since 1982. He and his wife Dawna have 2 adult sons.

Mike Thompson

Student Ministries Pastor

A graduate of Nyack College, Mike has lead SAC’s ministry to children and youth since 2002. He and his wife Christine have 1 daughter.

Kim Byers

Children's Director

Kim joined the staff at Sarasota Alliance Church in 2012 as part-time Children's Director.  She and her husband Tobby have 4 children.

Kevin Thompson

Worship Director

Kevin has led the praise and worship since 2010.  He and his wife Whitney have 3 children.

Karla Wagonseller

Office Administrator

Karla has served as Office Administrator since 2002. In addition to managing the office, Karla is responsible for all church publications and communication, and maintains the web site. She and her husband Tom have 2 children.
