	Ron Hiers Lead Pastor Ron provides overall leadership and direction to the ministry of the church and is the lead teacher for our worship services. He is a graduate of Nyack College and Asbury Theological Seminary and has served Sarasota Alliance as Lead Pastor since 1982. 	Paul Martin Pastor of Administration & Discipleship Paul came to SAC in 2008 after 18 years in the business world in Human Resources. He has also worked as a pilot and air traffic controller. 	Sherry Chappell Children's Director Sherry has served SAC as part-time Children’s Director since 2006, and directs the Camp 252 program and oversees the AWANA and nursery ministries. Sherry holds an education degree from the University of South Florida and taught for 7 years (kindergarten through 3^rd grade).
